CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Morten Thorkildsen holds an MBA degree from Handelshøyskolen BI Norwegian Business School, in management, finance, marketing and strategy from BI School of Management and a Bachelors degree in Business Organisation from Heriott-Watt University. He has an extensive background from the IT industry, with positions - among others - as Country General Manager of IBM in Norway and as CEO of Rejlers Norge. He has held various board positions including chairman of the board of Sykehuspartner, board member of Data Respons ASA, chairman of the Norwegian Computer Association, and board member of ICT Norway. He currently runs his own management consulting company.

Marianne Killengreen has a Master of Law degree. She has worked in several law firms and as partner in the law firm Hodneland from 2004, Managing Partner at BDO Advokater AS (2010-2016) and from 2016 Partner at the Law Firm Føyen Torkildsen. Killengreen has 8 years experience from the tax authorities. She works primarily with national and international tax law, company law, restructuring and transactions and contracts. She has held a number of various Board positions.

Gyrid Ingerø holds a Master in Accounting and Auditing from NHH Norwegian School of Economics. She is today SVP & CFO for Digital Businesses in Telenor. In addition to being a board member of Itera ASA, Ingerø holds board positions at Storebrand ASA, Flytoget AS, Sporveien AS and Opplysningen 1881 AS. Internally in Telenor, she is chairman of the board at Telenor Eiendom AS. Ingerø’s board experience is long and varied, with different board positions from 2000. Ingerø has previously held the position as CFO in Telenor Norge AS, Opplysningen 1881 AS, Komplett ASA and Reiten & Co ASA. Prior to the CFO positions, Ingerø worked for 8 years in KPMG and a few years in Nordea.

Jan-Erik Karlsson has a long and substantial background from the IT consultant business, as the co entrepreneur of the Swedish IT consultant company Programmator at the end of the 1970's. Here he held leading positions until the company was sold to Cap Gemini in 1992. After that he has had variuos managing positions in Cap Gemini's Nordic organization until 2010, where he spent 5 years as the leader of Cap Gemini Norway and 5 years as the leader of Cap Gemini Sweden.
EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE
Anne has worked in Itera since 2010. She has a basic course in market economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (today: the Norwegian Business School/BI) and has worked with communication and IT since the mid-nineties. In Itera, she has previously held the roles of service manager and project manager. Today, she is the manager of Application Lifecycle Maintenance, the department that handles the management and further development of solutions developed for Itera's customers. Anne is also a safety representative in Itera and has previously held the role as observer in the board. She is passionate about good customer service and a good working environment.
EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE
Andreas has worked in Itera since 2014 and heads our Business Consulting department. He has more than 10 years’ experience from strategy and business development within digitization and use of new technology. He has previously held positions within digital business consulting in Capgemini, Hill+Knowlton and Differ.
