Itera launches new Servicedesk Portal

Itera Servicedesk 24/7 is launching a new service management system, ServiceNow. The new system will deploy April 21st in the afternoon, and offer a simple, intuitive self-service with increased user experience. Overall security is also enhanced by keeping all information within the new system.
